KSEA MINNESOTA - Mission

KSEA Minnesota Chapter

Welcome to the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association Minnesota Chapter (KSEA-MN). Since its establishment in 1973, KSEA Minnesota has served as a hub for professionals, students, and families who share a passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, as well as for building bridges between the United States and Korea.

Over the past five decades, our chapter has grown into a vibrant community where members exchange knowledge, mentor the next generation, and strengthen personal and professional networks. From pioneering research and technology to fostering cultural understanding, our members have made significant contributions both locally in Minnesota and the United States.

In alignment with the national mission of KSEA, the Minnesota Chapter is committed to creating opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and community service. We host a variety of programs—student outreach, mentorship initiatives, academic seminars, and networking events—that connect scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs across diverse fields.

UMN KSEA YG

UMN KSEA YG is the Young Generation (YG) group at the University of Minnesota.

In KSEA, "Young Generation" refers to a diverse group of students, early-career professionals, and entrepreneurs across STEM and related fields including healthcare, technology, finance, and academia.
